Full Time and Part Time Armed and Unarmed Security Officers

Locations: Central and Northern New Jersey area

Former Law Enforcement and current permit-carrying experienced professionals are encouraged to apply:

Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• At least 21 years of age
• HS Diploma
• Speak English fluently, read/comprehend written English
• Meet one of the following experience/education/military requirements as a minimum:
  • 3 years of security experience within the past five years; or
  • An Associate’s Degree, or at least 60 semester hrs of college coursework in criminal justice; or
  • 3 years of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve with honorable discharge) experience; or
  • Successful completion of Police Officer’s Standard Training (POST) course; or
  • Any reasonable combination of the above (i.e., one year of security experience, plus one year of college coursework, plus one year of military experience).

We offer:

• $18.45 (armed) and  $16.97 (unarmed) to start
•  $3.39/hour for health and welfare (after 30 days of work, must work at least 20 hours a week; applied to a health insurance plan or 401(k), unless the employee provides proof of health insurance, then this will be paid as wages).
• Uniform allowance
• 2 weeks vacation after 1 year
• 5 personal/sick days annually
• 11 paid holidays
• Paid Training/Qualification/Licensure
