UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER - New Jersey Area

Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Locations: Newark Liberty International Airport(EWR)/George Washington Bridge and PATH Train

Shifts: This is a 24 hour/7 day operation that will involve shift work IMMEDIATE FT & PT positions - all Shifts available

Requirements:

Ability to meet SORA requirements for registration and training.
No Criminal Convictions.
10 Years Verifiable Work History that shall include references and proof of employment(acceptable proof of employment are pay stubs, w2 forms, letter from employer, Detailed Employment Query from Social Security office).
Must possess a valid Social Security Number (Original Social Security Card).
Must be a United States citizen or alien legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED Equivalency issued in the USA.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (for Driving Assignment) or State Identification.
Demonstrate the ability to write, read and speak English which may include the satisfactory completion of the standard Test of English as a Foreign Language or its equivalent.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in any one of the following combined disciplines:

A guard, watchman or police position (proof of employment required). or
Service in the US Military Service in a police or in military security position (original DD214 will be required). or
Attendance at an accredited institution of higher learning in criminal justice, or police science at the rate of with a minimum of 32 credits per year (stamped copy of college transcript will be required).
