Yes. FJC offers part time and full time
positions for all shifts, to qualified candidates.
Q: What kind of training will FJC provide?
All security officers
receive basic pre-assignment training, on site training,
and annual refresher courses. Additional
training is provided based on the location or industry
for which the officer is assigned. FJC also provides
customized training based on our client's specific request.
Q: Does FJC offer opportunities for advancement?
Yes. FJC takes great pride in the fact that we promote
from within. The majority of our Operations positions are
filled with employees who have successfully graduated from
our ranks.

Yes. FJC offers an Employee Referral

Q: Some security companies only pay every two weeks. How
often do FJC employees receive paychecks?
Our payroll is weekly. The week starts
on Monday and ends on Sunday night . We distribute paychecks
every Friday,
either to the individual sites, by mail or direct
deposit.
