Q: Does FJC offer part time employment? Yes. FJC offers part time and full time positions for all shifts, to qualified candidates.
Q: What kind of training will FJC provide? All security officers receive basic pre-assignment training, onsite training, and annual refresher courses. Additional training is provided based on the location or industry for which the officer is assigned. FJC also provides customized training based on our client's specific request.
Q: Does FJC offer opportunities for advancement? Yes. FJC takes great pride in the fact that we promote from within. The majority of our Operations positions are filled with employees who have successfully graduated from our ranks.
Q: Does FJC offer employment and performance incentives? Yes. FJC offers an Employee Referral program to reward employees who refer new hires. In addition we have Employee Recognition and Award programs to reward exemplary performance. We also provide free uniforms, vacation time and additional incentives to our employees.
Q: Some security companies only pay every two weeks. How often do FJC employees receive paychecks? Our payroll is weekly. The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday night. We distribute paychecks every Friday, either to the individual sites, by mail or direct deposit.
