Q: What type of training does FJC provide?
A: Candidates for employment will meet
and exceed state mandated training requirements. All
security officers receive basic pre-assignment training,
on-site training, and annual refresher courses. Additional
training is provided based on the location or industry
for which the officer is assigned. FJC also provides
customized training based on our clients specific requirements.

service does FJC provide annually?
A: FJC provides over 7 million hours of guard service
each year (as of 2006).
Q: Does FJC have a fidelity bond
and umbrella policy?
A: FJC has limits of 5 million/occurrence, 5 million dollars
aggregate and 5 million dollars excess liability as a standard.
Additional insurance premiums are available.
Q: Will FJC charge a fee for an assessment of my security
situation?
A: No. FJC will provide a free, thorough
survey of your security situation, and will take the time
to discuss with you your options and how we can best provide
solutions to meet your specific requirements and budget.
