Q: What type of background checks are performed on FJC employees?

A: All employees, regardless of their position with the firm, are subject to a thorough and in-depth background check including:

  • Education Verification
  • Statewide and National Criminal History Checks
  • Prior Employment Verification
  • Drug Test
  • Registration Pursuant to Individual State License Requirements

Q: What type of training does FJC provide?

A: Candidates for employment will meet and exceed state mandated training requirements. All security officers receive basic pre-assignment training, on-site training, and annual refresher courses. Additional training is provided based on the location or industry for which the officer is assigned. FJC also provides customized training based on our clients specific requirements.

  • 8 hours annual
  • 16 hours pre-assignment training

Q: How many hours of guard service does FJC provide annually?

A: FJC provides over 10 million hours of guard service each year.

Q: Does FJC have a fidelity bond and umbrella policy?

A: FJC has limits of 25 million dollars excess liability. Additional insurance premiums are available.

Q: Will FJC charge a fee for an assessment of my security situation?

A: No. FJC will provide a free, initial survey of your security situation, and will take the time to discuss with you your options and how we can best provide solutions to meet your specific requirements and budget. For in-depth assessments a fee will be added.

Q: Is FJC Security licensed?

A: Yes. FJC Security is licensed in most U.S. states.
